The DocuSign has nothing to do with the signatures our PDF Editor creates.

If your initial signature has expired you need to create a new one.

By doing so, you may add the new information.

Please go to this folder:

C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Stamps\

...and check if they are not renamed to something like this - file_name.BAK

If they are, please rename them back to file_name.PDF

I am afraid not.

The thread was never set to "solved", and I was wondering about multi monitor focusing as well... You see this would be a great way to switch between focusing on two PDFs in two separate windows for example.
