Maybe look at expanding the Spell Checker to include a manual Find->Replace below it, that way it can be updated without a major change to the program? It would also benefit the Spell Checker to have a way to find words that were not in the dictionary. That way it's less UI changes for the programme...

Unfortunately the Adobe BlackWhite.icc is copyright protected by Adobe and not included in the icc files that they would allow other software developers to redistribute from what I found in my quick research. And Adobe only installs it with the full Acrobat, not with the Reader I believe. Hopefully ...

Try the Document->Convert Colors menus then choose the Black and White profile for the Conversion Profile and see how that works.

Also forgot depending on color combinations sometimes the Selection color blocks out text when you are selecting it in dialogs. Is it possible to open multiple copies of the same file without us making a copy of the file to a temporary file and opening it from there?
I realize if possible the other copies would be read only but we have a client who wants to open say 10 tabs of the same file.

Is the Find/Replace function still missing in the latest release and what is the hold up on this very useful feature. It appears that through the Spell Check you have the ability all there programatically and likely just need the Search Pane updated to add some replace features?

And here's a quick mock up of how I think it should look with the Header Text the same as the Dialog Text. To me it's much cleaner, more modern, and you shouldn't ever have a conflict in being able to cleanly read things.

Thanks. Just trying to make it easier for your users also. It's happened before to me and before I had to try the udpate again so it downloads the file again and gives the same error. This time I remembered luckily and just went to the folder and manually ran it but users should not have to do that.
