Hi Tommy/Craig, Not quite right - Version 3 has no prninstaller.exe and must be installed using the installer - please ensure the drivers install option was ticked when you installed PDF-XChange SDK Pro. You can also loacte the file PDFX3SA_sm.exe located in the doc's sub folder under 'Redistribute'...

Hi Jim, We need to open this function to allow calls via the PDF-Tools Library - currently it is a problem and we are working on this.
