Re: Mouse Click Questions

For testing try to set Windows' double-click speed to its fastest setting. This way when you manage to expand a sub-tree you know that you clicked fast enough (even faster than enough). If you still do not see the page being displayed then something is wrong about your installation or setup. Which W...

Re: Possibility to search for all elemets of a certain object type?

You have to click a little bit slower than Windows' fastest possible double-click mouse control panel setting. And while I mention it, this Windows setting is respected by Editor where expanding a sub-tree is concerned, but not when switching pages. So if you set the Windows mouse double-click to it...

Re: Possibility to search for all elemets of a certain object type?

In order for a double-click on the content tree to take you to the page you have to double-click *very* quickly. And I mean very very. Expanding a sub-tree doesn't need such fast clicking, which is why things get so confusing.

Cortana uses Bing. You can workaround the limitation of Editor: - Make sure that Windows' mouse option to scroll over inactive windows is active. - Drag the Edge window to the right edge of your screen. This will activate split view and Windows asks you to click on a second window to decide which to...

Less experimenting, but more a necessity in order to keep colors in check when a wide-gamut display is used. It's time that Editor's color management gets fixed for good.

Thanks for pointing in the right direction, Willy.

Hello everyone! I mentioned several time before that I don't entrust X-Change Editor with any color critical or large size printing jobs. HP Laserjet Pro 500 color MFP (M570dn). I suggest that you scroll through a few dozen pages in a document to force Editor to cache its content and rendering, there virtually zero whiteout time on Editor's side then, because the whole page is already present in RAM and output as a whole.
