As to importing a custom date time stamp from Adobe, do you know where the Adobe directory is located where their stamps are placed.

I'm assuming that I just navigate out to some folder via your stamp palatte interface and select the appropriate Adobe stamp. Is this correct?

In the Viewer AX, is there the ability to add a Date Stamp? The custom stamping is working great, but we need the ability to stamp a PDF page with the current date.

I just heard back from my customer and the HRESULT returned by PXC_WriteDocument is 0. Odd? Note that I call PXC_ReleaseDocument right after I call PXC_WriteDocument so that I can move the new file. I changed our scenario to write out to a temp location of the local machine and then copy the file to the network location. I was hopeful this was the cause of the issue. No worries. The quality of your product is proof enough you know your stuff. I understand the posts just fine. I've worked with enough overseas developers to know not to read anything into broken English. I'm sure my Russian, French, or Canadian <g> would be much worse.

Yes. I did see this example, but I didn't find anyting in it that will help me with the conversion of file formats and the use of the IMG_PageSetFormatLongParameter call. Am I missing something?

Is that more explanation of the id and value properties in IMG_PageSetFormatLongParameter somewhere?

Does the Image XChange Library give me the ability to change file formats. For example, I need to save out an image to file as BW TIFF with CCIT compression regardless of the original format.

Also, can I convert a .bmp or a .jpet to .tiff, and vice versa.

One follow up:

In the case where I pass a stream to the ActiveX Viewer, how does the default naming of such document work once it gets into the viewer? Do I have the ability to set what appears on the document tab in the viewer or do you control the naming convention?

I'm using another scan component for various reasons so what I need to accomplish needs to happen without using your internal scan functions (at least for now).

As such, I'm just looking for a way to open a PDF file in ActiveX Viewer and somehow make the save work as save as.

Is there a way to directly open the Password Security Dialog?

The only way I can see to open it is ExecuteCommand on "DocumentProperties", then select the "Security" item, then select the "Password Security" as the Security Method.

I'd like to pop this dialog box up directly.
