Here is a page with text added using the typewriter feature that changes. I used PDFXV to add the text and then added to it in Acrobat 8.2.2. Seems to change to Arial when re-opened in PDFXV.

If you need beta testers, I could do it. I use an old version of Acrobat for OCR right now. I have to do this almost daily anymore it seems in my job. I will be glad when I can use PDFX exclusively.

You are correct. If I use the left and right arrow keys, PDFX does fly through the document every bit as fast as Acrobat. The lag occurs in PDFX when using the down arrow key or the mouse. Here is one as an example. Holding down arrow key down Acrobat 9.3 Standard scrolled to bottom in around 17 seconds. PDFX 2.047 just took around 55 seconds. Dell laptop, Intel Core 2 Duo, T5670 @ 1.80 ghz, 3 gig of RAM, Windows XP Professional, sp3.

I had Acrobat 9 trial installed for 30 days to try the OCR feature. I noticed that Acrobat seemed to scroll most pdf's noticeably faster than PDFX. Here in the US a CSV file is a (C)omma (S)eparated (V)alues file which is a standard type of file for sharing information between programs. I can export measurements from Acrobat 9 and the file opens fine in Excel. If I take the same pdf file and export from PDFX Viewer, the file looks like this in Excel. If you use the AutoCAD viewer and export the file as a PDF, each layer is in fact retained. Each layer can then be turned on and off in PDFX viewer. However, it is a pain to turn off each layer on an individual basis if there are many.

Thank you Cadillakin. Same problem as the ones I produce. I can see it fine in Acrobat 6.06, but it is invisible in PDFXV. If I point to it, it says Signature 1, Valid Signature but is not visible. I don't think it is my system.

Formatted fields still do not appear correctly when form data is imported in latest version. Field is formatted correctly only if it is a calculated one.
