I noticed that it defaults to the side nearest to the arrow pointer, which makes sense.

I think it's a case of learning to leave it alone once you have set it how you want it. If the position was locked to where you set it, it would help in your case, but hinder in the general case.

It looks like a bug to me. The Preferences dialogue says that it will convert URLs of the form http://www.server.com to links. I suppose one might expect a URL like "www.mydomain.com" to be linked too, but with neither http nor https nor www it really should not be creating links.

My best guess is that PDF-XChange is automatically changing the text "menu.No" into a hyperlink.

"menu." is at the end of the preceding paragraph, and "No" is at the start of the next paragraph.

My guess is that the stroke and fill are both white (or the same as the page colour). Check the properties in the Properties toolbar.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Perhaps when content copying is enabled in the Editor it will be possible that the image on the clipboard retains its colours and can be pasted into a photo-editor? I know next to nothing about Professional publishing, but I assume that CMYK support is a basic requirement.

You can change the font for sticky notes from the Properties toolbar, and update the default from the right-click menu while editing a sticky note.

IMO adding a scrollbar for overflowed text is better than resizing the note. Long comments can soon cover the entire page.
