It seems like the time to copy the link is long, the paste itself goes fast. Another small note... If you just need to delete a link, you're better off using the Delete key or right-clicking "Delete".
When using CTRL + X, Windows first makes a copy and then deletes it. That's why it takes the same time as a copy.

It seems like OCR also works for comments (like Textbox, Callout, Typewriter).

I am afraid that this is currently not possible.
@pdf-xchange support: This might be a request for a feature enhancement (= E-mail selected pages).
At this moment, you will have to extract the needed pages to a new PDF and send it from there.
