In that case, you can better use "Search" instead of "Find".

At "WHERE would you like to search?", you can opt for "In All Open Documents".
Via the "Options"-button you can mark additional parameters.

Clicking "Search..." will finally show the results of what has been found.

It appears that the "import/export settings"-feature has been introduced starting from the version 3.0.307.0 release (dd. 30-12-2013).

So, it must be present somewhere in the classic "Edit"-menu.

Nevertheless, an upgrade might be useful.

No idea why the DynamicDate.pdf should have disappeared. During installation there is no option to whether install it or not.
In the application itself there is no option for deleting it. In either case, do not worry for now, except if it should happen again.

"Save as Optimized" is a licensed feature in PDF-XChange Editor. So, it can also be missing from the menus when "Hide all licensed features from toolbars and menus" has been turned on in File/Edit > Preferences > Registration.

If this should be the case, then just turn it off and click OK.

Did you put a password on your document and then saved and closed it, before running a test ?

See a screenshot of my settings and a test form (pdf) in attachment.

Normally you should not be able to edit my form except if you guess/know the password (TEST) and remove it.

As PDF-Tools offers the opportunity to run conversion in batch, I suppose you do not really need command line.

In PDF-Tools you can find similar Image Saving Options compared to those in PDF-XChange Editor.

Most probably the size of the pages in your PDF is not exactly the same as the size of the paper in your printer.

What you can try is change the scaling "Type:" in the Print-dialog-box of PDF-XChange Editor to "Fit to printer margins".
