this option was not selected, I double checked that.
The original video was way to large to upload, I scaled it down using the VLC player and that did play it without issue too.
I am happy to demonstrate live on a Teams or Zoom call too if that helps.

that is correct, a workaround that is not really user friendly but addresses the issue. Maybe this is a item for the future improvement list, to clear that prerender-cache on page spanning actions like delete, insert, split etc.

The behavior is the same with "Touch Optimized UI" on or off.
In the past when it worked (I can not exactly say whether it was with the last or an earlier update) I did not use Touch Optimized UI anyways but the erase worked fine.

I don't know about the others, but this issue was resolved for me with PDFXChangeEditor / Windows updates, the pen is now reactive as it is supposed to be.

Same behavior still persistent in Version 8.0 build 340.0 that I just updated to.
I guess these are a rather easy fix and would support all users on 2-in-1 or tablet PCs.

yes, drag and drop works, but if you want to select larger areas, specifying the number in the dialog is still faster. If your colleagues can look into it for the future, I would be thankful, but as mentioned, it is a smaller point.
