Scratch that. The item I saw is actually "Ctrl+Shift+Windows Key+0", so CTRL+SHIFT+0 doesn't function for unknown reasons.

Well, it has gotten better, but it still happens. 2-3 times since last time I wrote here, but that's still a lot worse than it used to be. And the loss of all of my settings is still annoying.
I think a safe write approach is merited, making the original file a backup in case of write failure.

I don't know when this started happening but PDFXE cannot detect it anymore. It used to work, I even have bound it for a command. But not now.
It doesn't even work int the "keys" field of the command properties window. All other ctrl+shift+NUMBER combinations seem to work.

Bookmarks are often repetitive with little to distinguish between them.
Either (or both) of these would be helpful with this. Numbering the bookmarks would be an easy way to distinguish between them.

In one of the topics there was talk about the possibility of the bookmarks sidebar, the advanced search sidebar, etc being shown/usable in fullscreen mode.
