Re: A few computers regularly come up with the unlicensed wa

Hi Craig, As I said it's working on 97% of our client's computers over multiple sites, different operating environments. We've removed all previous versions of the PDF-XChange Printer Driver rebooted, reinstalled a number of times. Most of the machines would be Windows client computers. If you want ...

Re: A few computers regularly come up with the unlicensed wa

Hi Stefan,

We are only using the printer driver, not the viewer.

I will download the latest version and send a compile to the customer for testing.

Thanks,

Re: A few computers regularly come up with the unlicensed wa

Hi Stefan, All of these machines are with different customers. I'm getting a list of operating systems compiled. We've got our system at about 60 locations varying in size from 1 to 10 computers using our system. The fact is that only about 10 of those computers have an issue. In the past we have tr...

A few computers regularly come up with the unlicensed water

Hi Guys, We have an unusual problem where a few computers regularly come up with the unlicensed water marks. One site is particularly prone to this with a few computers displaying these water marks. It doesn't do it all the time but more often than not on some machines to only occasionally on others...

Re: Callback not happening if the report have no result

Could the print method pick that up from the "Clarion Report Writer Report"? There is no way for the program to know when to close the window other than a timer event which is a bit messy. The timer may fire and exit the procedure on a long running report which will result in the "Buy Now" images on...

Callback not happening if the report have no result

Hi Guys,

I've got a hand coded procedure that calls the PXCDRV40:RE.PrintReport(ReportName) method for a report writer report. If the report does not produce a result IE. all the records are filtered out, the call back event does not fire.

Could you please investigate?

Buy now displayed.

Hi Guys, I've converted the crwpxc40.exe to Clarion 7 and that works fine after making a small change to the template. (see other issue raised) But in my main application the "buy now" signs are displayed. So I created a small app doing mostly the same as the sample but that two is displaying the bu...

Re: PDF XChange 4.0 and Clarion Report Writer

Hi Craig, I thank you for your quick response to my issue. I have updated my files with the files included in the attached zip. It no longer comes up with the runtime error when run. The PDF prints but still has the demo watermarks when I print from my application. I have tested the new files in the...

Re: PDF XChange 4.0 and Clarion Report Writer

Hi Craig,

Just following up on the issue I posted, are you able to provide any estimates on a resolution?

I'm considering whether to continue with implementing version 4.0 or persist with version 3.6 for now.

Regards

PDF XChange 4.0 and Clarion Report Writer

Hi, I have just gone through the process of upgrading from version 3.6 to version 4.0.162.0. Have found a few issues, one of which I'm unable to resolve as it produces a runtime error in your dll. I have used one of your example apps to create two of my own example apps as proof of the issue. I'm tr...

Report Writer failing to init when compiled as a DLL

Hi Tracker - Clarion Support, I have experienced a problem very similar to issue http://www.docu-track.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2437 When crwpxc30cla.app is compiled as an EXE, the code extension behaves as expected. When crwpxc30cla.app is compiled as a DLL and TestRW proc is called from another E...

This error occurs during code generation. Using Clarion 6.3 9050 and PDF Tools version 3.50984 I've resolved the issue by adding the following code beneath line #566 in PDFXDV35.TPL: Code: #OF('63') #PROJECT('c60prlbx.lib') The entire #AT statement now reads: Code: #AT(%CustomGlobalDeclarations) #IF...

Thanks for the updated files. The new code, as attached, didn't fix the issue and actually broke the previously working implementation for .EXEs! Report Writer example misbehaving when compiled as .DLL

Please see the attached example. APPs have been converted to use the Clarion template chain. When crwpxc30cla.app is compiled as an EXE, the code extension behaves as expected. When compiled as a DLL and TestRW is called from another EXE the output PDF contains demo watermarks and none of the code t...

Template warnings with svapi.inc and pdfmgr30.clw

Is is possible to rename the local variable "Bitmap" in the ScannedPagesToPDF procedure located in pdfmgr30.clw. This variable generates a duplicate warning when compiling an app that has the svapi.inc included.

I have a problem in both the report and code template thus far.
The legacy templates all seem to generate duplicate data declarations. Refer to example app lgpxcd30.app for an example of errors.
