At it's current level of development, I don't think we'd be able to use of it.
Thanks for the explanation.

Dynamic Stamps in v10
It's great to see the updated Dynamic Stamps in v10. Is there a tech document that explains how to use them? I watched the new features demo video and was able to create a sequentially numbered stamp (001, 002, 003, etc) but how is it controlled? How do you reset the sequence to a different number? ...

V9 Command Line Install / Licensing
I have been installing/upgrading PDF-XChange for years using a command line script. In particular, the license file was used so an activation process was not necessary. I couldn't find any reference to a command line install for v9 on the Tracker website. How will command line installs work with the...

Re: Convert to Black and White (or print in B/W)
I had a user bring me a PDF of a CAD file drawn in yellow, green and sky blue. Looks fine on a black background but pretty problematic on a white one. I didn't find a black and white color profile on my system either but I checked a few other PCs and found one installed. I did some research and foun...

PDF-XChange Editor Plus - Dynamic Stamsp
Hi, Just found out about the new v6 and was happy to see (NEW PDF-XChange Editor Plus only) Create and Edit Dynamic Stamps. Been waiting a long time for that. I've searched the help, support forums and knowledgebase but was unable to find any articles on how to use the new feature. Is there a docume...

Search Speed in PDF-XChange Editor
I've got a number of large PDFs that I need to search through regularly. The largest so far is 22,000 pages long. I have found when I search it using PDF-XChange Editor, it takes over 2 minutes to find something on the last page if I'm currently on page 1. By comparison, if I perform the exact same ...

Re: Suggestions for Callout and Stamp Functions
Has it been 7 years already?!
Would anyone at Tracker be able to give an update on the status of custom stamps?

Dynamic Stamps
I played around a little with PDF-XChange Editor and found the Stamps functionality is essentially the same as what's in PDF-XChange Viewer. Currently we have several dynamic stamps that were created in Adobe and then dragged kicking and screaming into PDF-XChange Viewer. The process of doing this a...

Re: Dynamic Stamps
I added Dynamic.pdf to the PDF-XChange Viewer (PXV) stamps and these dynamic stamps don't exhibit the disappearing dynamic content problem that my dynamic stamp did. The question then is: why does my dynamic stamp work fine in Acrobat X but not in PXV? You sent me what I assume is Adobe's dynamic st...

Re: Dynamic Stamps
I created a dynamic stamp in Acrobat X. The dymanic portion of the stamp was copied from one of the sample Acrobat stamps, showing the username, date and time. In Acrobat, I can resize the stamp and it works fine. When I copy that stamp to the PDF-XChange Viewer (v2.5 - Build 203.0) data location ( ...

Re: Dynamic Stamps
I'm just suggesting that Tracker include a couple of dynamic stamps along with the static ones you provide with the PDF-XChange Viewer install. It would demonstrate your support of dynamic stamps and you could include a mention that dynamic stamp creation will be supported in v3.x.

Re: Dynamic Stamps
Thanks. Judging by the remarkably unpolished implementation by Adobe, I can believe it. A number of static stamps are included with PDF-XChange Viewer. Would it be possible to include some generic dynamic stamps as well that might tide me and other users over until v3.x is ready? A "Received&qu...

Dynamic Stamps
I've been waiting patiently for dynamic stamp creation to be implemented in PDF-XChange Viewer for years but alas no joy yet  I recently upgraded to a PC that included Adobe Acrobat X on it. After reading a couple of articles on creating dynamic stamps, I decided to take a whirl. Talk about yo...
