How can I rotate a 3D-PDF file in the viewer?

The "LangsPath" entry was not in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5".

It doesn't work. The german language is only in the AddIn not available. The printer Driver and the viewer have the german language. I installed the newest Version.
In the C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5\Languages folder are all language from french to german.

In Adobe Pro I had a dropdown menü to chose my encrypt settings that I've saved.

Is it possible to save the securitty settings to decrypt the PDF files over a mouseclick?
