If you can, would be nice if you zip and send us the content of your "c:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color" folder.

It is a bug in Adobe Acrobat which does not handle Redaction annotation as it is declared by the PDF Specification.

Report object is not a Document object, and it does not contain addField method.
You will get a Document object as a result of rep.open function call, then you can use addField.

P.S. Second parameter of addField function should be a field type, and I'm afraid "Frankfurt" is not one of them.

Does your barcode field have a size that expressed in round number of inches? Like 2 inches by 2 inches, for example.
If that's true, please try to resize that barcode field a bit to have these numbers not round and check if that helps.

If you have ICC files for these profiles, just put them into the "c:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color" folder and the Editor will catch them.

Myself, I have the impression that it is probably a rendering problem.

No, it is not a rendering issue.

Unfortunately, the installed application was altered (possible reasons are: hardware issue, malware, or you are a victim of software piracy) and we cannot guarantee its correct behavior.

It is not document security that does not allow to modify the document, but the limitation of Adobe Reader which is not able to edit documents and shows that in this way.

Can you please provide us with a sample document where the problem is reproducible and scan of a printed page would be helpful.
If you know the driver version, that would be helpful as well.
Having that we will try to solve the problem asap.

I believe the issue is related to stroke adjust feature, and it never was implemented in the Viewer.
But the Editor should work just fine here.

The Editor puts DIB, DIB V5, and PNG into the clipboard, and then pasting application choose which format to use. Unfortunately, most applications do not support transparency in DIB format (guess due to historical reason) and if PNG is not supported or ignored, there will be the effect you described...

I believe it is fixed in 332.

The reason why images are copied 'smoothed' because we copy 'transformed' image, not the original one.
For example, when an image is rotated by 45 degrees, copied one will be rotated too.

We will add a command to copy an image as is, as we have for editing.

To be precise, in this particular case the difference between Acrobat and PDF-XChange is because the Editor renders in CMYK, while Acrobat renders in RGB color space. To get the same result, please set the option "Preferences -> Page Display -> Rendering -> Default transparency blending color space"...
