Thanks for the files! Can you please also let me know what color profile is associated with your monitor?

The Editor puts DIB, DIB V5, and PNG into the clipboard, and then pasting application choose which format to use. Unfortunately, most applications do not support transparency in DIB format (guess due to historical reason) and if PNG is not supported or ignored, there will be the effect you described...

The reason why images are copied 'smoothed' because we copy 'transformed' image, not the original one.
For example, when an image is rotated by 45 degrees, copied one will be rotated too.

We will add a command to copy an image as is, as we have for editing.

To be precise, in this particular case the difference between Acrobat and PDF-XChange is because the Editor renders in CMYK, while Acrobat renders in RGB color space. You are right in time :) We are in the middle of reworking our color management and already have some promising results.
You can see here how your sample is rendered with your profile and your settings now.

These changes will not be included in build 333 but must be in 334 if everything will be ok.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue on Windows 7 x64 :( Job has absolutely the same settings I set from the Editor before printing a document. sorry, I'm not sure I understood it correctly - so, on Windows 7 machine when you print from the Editor enabling "Secure Printing..." option in the queue the job does not show "Secure Printing..." but printer defaults?

The problem is with "%ProgramFiles%\Tracker Software\Common" folder which is always created no matter of custom location provided during installation. And some functionality in applications which relays on this folder will not properly when a custom location was specified. I accept that is our fault...

Actually, some changes have been made in the latest version (8.0.330.0) to try to change the behavior. Did you try this version?

But I must say, that other PDF apps, like Acrobat, do not preserve fit visible scroll position limitation, but trying to put highlighted item as most centered as possible.

The Editor crops the page absolutely correctly, at least in conformance with the PDF Specification.
Page boxes do not have to have an origin (0, 0), and all applications should handle such boxes in a proper way.
