Bug report using BricsCAD to create PDF

I wasn't sure where to show the report on this crash. Note that even though I get this error, the PDFs are actually created, and the dialog box remains so that I can merge the PDFs and save them as one PDF. I use BricsCAD's "publish" command to print each of the drawings in sequence. So, it happens ...

Off-line help?

Since I was having problems with my internet access last week, I am especially keen on this topic. I just purchased the Editor, and so will certainly be making a lot of use of the help files over the next few weeks. I hate to be stuck on something and not be able to access the software's help files....

Window -Tile menu choices are grayed-out

The menu choices Window/Cascade and Tile are all grayed-out. I have two documents open, so why can't I arrange the windows?

Creating a PDF with a 3D model

An announcement by Tracker, back in 2005, said they were going to include the ability to embed a 3D model. However, I have not been able to find this feature. I tried searching the forum for "3D" but the web site responded that 3D was too common a term. I have found some utilities for AutoCAD, that ...

PDF v5 and BricsCAD

I have spent many hours (days?) trying to get acceptable PDF output from BricsCAD. The core problem comes about when I attempt to include a large Excel spreadsheet. I have tried several methods of putting the spreadsheet in the drawing. Since our drawing set is now 55 pages long, I am both needing a...

Re: Poor display of fine lines - any settings to improve?

The program was the Free PDF Viewer. I am sorry, but I no longer have the older version installed, so I can't say which is was. However, regardless, in the new version, I did need to turn on the smoothing function for the best display, since it was off. Note that when I installed the new version, al...

Re: Poor display of fine lines - any settings to improve?

Thanks,

Poor display of fine lines - any settings to improve?

I have had issues with poor display of PDFs from CAD drawings that have fine lines. The fine lines tend to disappear unless you zoom in a significant amount. The one I have problems with at the moment, are actually poor quality PDF (I don't know the original source) that have a great deal of pixelat...
