We are aware of this challenge and will be releasing a fix for it with our next build, which should be released in about 7-10 days. In the meantime, simply save the document before printing and this should resolve the issue.

The reason you are experiencing this behaviour is because you are forcing the printer settings to default by setting the default switch to "yes".

This PDF exhibits the same behaviour in every PDF viewer we have tried it with including Adobe reader so we don't believe it's a challenge with our viewer. You might want to contact the creator of the document and make them aware of your concerns.

Hi gshybrid, If you are recieving this msg it means that there are no update availables. In the case of version 2.0 this is quite true, it has reached the end of it's lifecycle. The component name for the OCR module when installing via /COMPONENTS option is PDFVOCR. I believe the language switch for it will be "PDFVOCR\eng", "PDFVOCR\fra", "PDFVOCR\deu" and "PDFVOCR\spa".

The re-install would have left your settings intact. Let's try reverting your viewer settings to default and give it another go. Go to Edit->Reset all setting to default, then set everything up and try again. Let us know how it goes.
