Thanks for the tip David :) I tried it out. Unfortuntely it didn't pick up the cell colouring and conditional formatting, nor the headers and footers, nor the scaling. I'm afraid it's a no for my problem :( It is odd, the pdf toolbar never use to have any issues with pagnation. :? Kind regards Red

Hi Brocklee This might help.....When you see the recents iin the drop down list there is a small "x" to the right which can be clicked so that they are forgotten from the recents list. (red ringed files below) image.png I don't know of a way to globally remove the recent listing. Cheers Red

The machine is running Windows 10 S which only allows installs from Microsoft Store.

If you are not on MS Store then I can't download your software which is a shame as I love PDF X-Change.
