MS Active Setup - Citrix Printer Manager Service stopped
Hello, i have a question to the MS Active Setup. After Users logon to Terminal Server Citrix XENAPP 6.0 Windows Server 2008 R2 the Active Setup starts "msiexec /fpu {761B88D2-F1E8-42C1-94CF-88C2B8DCBFBA} /qn" PDF-XChange 2012 Pro for a User. Afterwards the Microsoft Printspooler stopped .....

use Windows 2008 x64 SP2 and in the Future 2008 x64 R2.

Hello,
checked. Use Version 4 185. The problems seems to be that the user have no write access to the registry HKLM. Why try the non-Adminuser to write anything to the HKLM ? Is there a option to install it on the Terminalserver without the user have to write something to HKLM ?
