Re: Fill rectangle with color which does not obscure underlying text

Hello,

Just revisiting my query on comment box opacity and how it also impacts that of the box border.

Will there be any progress on this. Maybe a flag in the format menu to allow opacity to be overridden on the border ?

Regards
Mark

Re: Fill rectangle with color which does not obscure underlying text

Dimitar

Thanks for the response.

A bit of a long winded work around if one has several areas one wants to highlight.

Appreciate you forwarding the request to developers. I wonder if its an easy fix ?

Anyway, I wait in anticipation for a possible inclusion in an update. :-)

Re: Fill rectangle with color which does not obscure underlying text

Following on with this subject. Is it possible to keep a box outline without being effected by the opacity setting. i.e I want to highlight an area with a low level opacity colour (yup I'm not American ;-) ) but keep the box line at its full colour. This will enable the highlighted area to stand out...

Re: Properties pane

Hi Will, Feel a bit sill I didn't see that one....sometimes it doesn't matter how hard one looks, one can easily miss what's staring one right in the face. A bit like last time I stepped on the with my wife. Saw my girlfriend, but just looked right through her...... LOL Anyway, appreciate you taking...

Re: Properties pane

I am experiencing the same problem with the initial view layout. I want to open a particular page with no thumbnails, only the page. I set the: File/Document properties/initial View/Navigation view to page only. This should, as I understand from the thread, override all else, however. I can only get...

Re: Common annotations

Hi Paul

The page numbering worked fine.

As mentioned, it would be useful if some annotaions (text boxes) could be placed on every page in a document. Maybe something to consider adding in PDF-Tools if not PDF Viewer ?

Re: Common annotations

Hi Paul

Yes it is what I was asking. If not, it might be worth incorporating ?

Ahhh I use PDF-Viewer so much, I forgot I had PDF-Tools.

Thanks

Common annotations

Hi

Is it possible to place annotations on a page and then make them common for a whole document or on selected pages, instead of having to place a copy on each page or pages requiring them by onself ?

Also, is there a way to add printable page numbers to a document, if the document has none ?

Thanx

Printing several documents at once

Hi,

If I have several different documents open, is it possible to print them all or select a few to print using one print menu rather than having to go to each document individually to print ?

Thanx

Re: Link Boxes - PDF Viewer PRO

Ahhh, sorry, I guess I am in the wrong forum.....I didnt realise.

I'm using PDF Viewer, end user version.

I guess if this facility is not present, then I should create my own SDK ?

Re: Link Boxes - PDF Viewer PRO

Hi What I am trying to do is: I have a file which is called "contents list". I have several files related to the contents list. I use links on each item of the contents list, which when used, opens that particular file. Each file has a link back to the contents list. If I am going through ...

Link Boxes - PDF Viewer PRO

Is there anyway I can create an action that will jump me to a new document and at the same time close the present document, as this action doesnt appear to be possible in the present actions list or discussed in the help document.
