PDF file render error

PDF-XChange Viewer opens a file in the following link with blank pages only.
The version is 2.5 build 311.0 on Win 7 64 bit(Traditional Chinese version)

Fox-it, Sumatra and Chrome can open the file without error.

Thank you. PDF-XChange Viewer is the default pdf viewer on all machines that I have control.
I am very excited about the upcoming 3.0.

No. I mean the text is not centered and the space between letters is too small. I printed the screen of the two viewer in the attached file.

The font in the figure is not aligned correctly in the PDF-XChange Viewer (2.0 build 41.5) as in the acrobat reader 9.
