Re: New in 212
Now that Version History has been updated on the web site and we know what's going on, in the program per se lets get the Help | Check for Updates functioning. Okay?

Nesting Bookmarks
How does one create the nesting of bookmarks? Is there a special trick or is the feature not avaible?
If not it should be added!

Request for auto-scroll
Being that this software is frequently used by me to read documents several hundred pages in length, has anyone ever asked for an auto-scroll feature with a variable speed control?

Re: Tab context menu - Feature request
Not as elegant but the Tip does get the job done. Thanks for passing it along. The File name only can be accessed via File -> Document Properties (Ctrl + D) and the first thing that shows is "file info" with a selectable filename as the first item there.

Tab context menu - Feature request
In addition to "Copy Full File Name" it would be efficient to have another option saying "Copy File Name", i.e. leave the Path off. Yeah, one could paste then edit but IMHO the software should do the work not me.

Okay, you're "the boss". But as stated in original post have found this to be of inestimable value in Notetab Std.

Re: Feature Request - Rename from Tab
No! The functionality is not the same. Rename automatically renames the open file in its current folder; File|Save As creates a second copy of the file with a new name in the designated folder.

Feature Request - Rename from Tab
Borrowing a feature from Notetab Std it would be advantageous to be able to right click on an open document tab and have a content menu entry that has Rename File available.

Re: Turning off "Tab Preview"
Thanks for the registry modification to fix what apparently is "my problem".
Don't get me wrong, when using File|Recent File the preview feature is close to being indispensable. However, when several files are already open I don't need a picture to remind me what I looking at.

Turning off "Tab Preview"
Don"t remember which version it was implemented in, but have come to regard the Preview that appears when cursor passes over a Tab highly annoying. Is there a way to disable the feature?

...and Control A does indeed select all of the text. Took you at your word as you've always been accurate in the past and undertook further investigation. The problem was both subtle and sinister. Am heavily dependent on XP's utility Sticky Keys . Using it, in all other applications Ctrl-A works wi...

Improving Typewriter Tool
Productivity of the Typewriter tool would be greatly augmented if Ctrl+A (select all) was added as a "Hot Key", a.k.a shortcut key. If necessary remove Superscript. How many people really need that?

Bug or operator error?
Have noticed that if Highlight Text Tool has been used on words then Select Text does not make Copy Text available. Only workaround seems to be copy first THEN highlight.

Changing associated icon
Since going "Pro" have tried repeatedly to change the PDF associated icon to the one that looks like Adobe's which is third in the PDFXCview.exe file and everybody is familiar with. However, the system keeps changing it back to Tracker's proprietary icon. How can it be made to "stick&...

Perhaps this feature could be coded then made a part of the Pro version.
While the suggests made are viable, they are inelegant and unprofessional for this otherwise fine software.

Is there a way to rearrange the document tabs by "drag-and-drop" or any other method?
