Re: Mark pages with bookmarks in thumbnails pane

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply.

Sometimes, what you think should be easy turns out not to be.
So I think I'll stick with 'manual labour'.

Thanks anyway for the explanations.

Re: Mark pages with bookmarks in thumbnails pane

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the clear answer.

Remains my other question: is there a way to insert a blanc page before each even page that has a bookmark on it (so all bookmarked even pages become odd pages)?

Regards,
Ed

PS: 1000 compliments for adding the feature to rename opened pdf's!

Re: Mark pages with bookmarks in thumbnails pane

Hi Will, Thanks for your swift reply. That the current thumbnails pane is limited to just previews, means that my question transforms to a feature request. It should be possible to add (for example) a color to a selected thumbnail, either (preferably) as property added to the page (which can be save...

Mark pages with bookmarks in thumbnails pane

In the thumbnails pane, is there a way to mark pages with bookmarks on it? I frequently have to edit pdf’s with bookmarks so that each bookmarked page is on an odd pagenumber. I know I can select all bookmarked pages but if I go to one of the selected pages and insert a blanc page before it (so it g...

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your quick reply. Your solution answers my third question. The first and second questions remains: 1. how to get the File Name directly into a bookmark? 2. how to get the File Name into the Document Title? (apart from copying and pasting it manually) Maybe a new command "File N...

PrintAll button in PDFX7 greyed out

In Editor V7 (on Windows 7 Pro) I added the PrintAll button (cmd.printall) to the ribbon, but when I have several documents open (in tabs) it stays greyed out and I cannot print all the documents at once. Am I doing something wrong?

I use VBA to send Word-documents to the PDF-XChange printer. That is working fine.
But I am wondering if it is possible in VBA to instruct the PDFX printer to first select a specific profile and then print.

Re: Printing to the same folder the original Word doc is in

Hi Stefan,

Unfortunately I have no JS knowledge whatsoever.
I did look into tirules.js, however, but I didn't see which part of the code creates the %[DocPath] macro.

The application sending the file to be printed to pdf is MS Word 2010.

Re: Printing to the same folder the original Word doc is in

I wonder why the macro 'document path' changes the colon after the drive letter into an underscore.
If it would keep the colon I guess I wouldn't have the issue I have now.
Can I modify the 'document path' macro to keep the colon?
