I don't see the new release available jet?

Hi, Is it possible (and if yes, how ;)) to use another pdf-file as background? What I mean is like in Acrobat Pro (6) can be done by adding a background from Document->Add Watermark/background. What I want to do is: create one pdf-file that contains the company-layout from my customer(such as logo, ...

update: When I let PDF XChange generate the pdf-file and after that the pdf attach to an email, there's no problem. But when I let PDF XChange attach the pdf to an email (even without automatically sending), there seems to be a (very small) difference, while the faxservice then ignores the pdf-file....

Send pdf by E-mail

Hello, I was asked to extend my application with the ability to send faxes directly from the application, from a LAN. Now I've tried with an email-to-fax service, which you can send an e-mail with a pdf-document as attachment. The service converts the attachment to a fax and sends it to the requeste...

It's not that I want to rename, but I don't want to use the activex-object (i.e. because that requires a form as 'host'). Instead, I want to use the control only in code, such as is commented in the default Access example. ...but it is a fact Sorry, I don't agree fully ;) It supports events that are...

Ok, I tried with the examples. In the vb-example it seems to work fine. In the Access-example also, but when I rename the activex-object and instead use the variable 'withevents', it doesn't seem to work? When I change back to the activex-object, the events are triggered. I use this code: As you can...

Event-handling in VB

Hi, Is there an example of handling events under Visual Basic? I can't find it in the SDK. I tried declaring a variable 'withevents' (from CPXCControl), and then the IDE tells me the events. so far so good. I set 'Active' to True. But when I create a PDF-file, the events are not triggered. thank you...

For others who read this: I just had the same problem, and find out that you should use 'Save.App.Run' instead of 'App.Run'

registration code on sm_install fails?

Hello,

I got (in May 2004) a reg.key for version 3.0 (after upgrading from v2.5). When I run the sm_install, and paste there the reg.key, I get the message that the serial number is not valid.
Using PDF XChange SDK PRO V3.

Thanks,
Bert
