Sure, switch to the mode to customize the ribbon / toolbar (right click on the ribbons -> customize).
Right click on an icon in the quick access toolbar and you can insert a separator before or after the icon.

Actually, I guess, there already is such a tool.
Could you try the "Optimize PDF" tool and see, if it does, what you like:
Open the "Optimize PDF" tool, open the "Optimize Document" step, set "Discard Objects -> Discard bookmarks" to enabled.

So in this case: Changing the file name of the download or providing file hashes in future would be nice.

The Updater already supports this scenario:
Is "Include Updates That Are Incompatible with Maintenance Plan" in Settings -> General checked?
If it's not checked (and all is working, as it should), the updater won't show updates, which are not covered by your maintenance plan.

[Bug] Translation Tool doesn't save new lines
Translations wich contain multiple lines are saved in one single line in translation tool.
For example in the translation for the new sanitize plugin, string id snt.sanitize.warning.
The text contains a list with various lines. After closing the translation window, the new lines are removed.
