The crop issue is fixed now. I had to reboot, and then it did it?? I guess maybe something from version 333 stayed in place till i rebooted?

I resolved the uninstalling issue by what is in this link:

and i installed version 336, but i still can't crop pages...so i'll start a thread for that next.

I am partially blind, in grad school and am trying to extract highlighted text or in some way compile highlights in my PDF files. This would help me organize the excerpted text I need to use for my research papers.

I purchased Enhanced OCR. I am trying to OCR a 2 page PDF. It gets half-way then crashes the entire program. I tried both OCR to the original document and do make a copy, both crash.
