I am being told by our IT team that we don't have access to PDF Tools. Our basic licensing information indicates that we have a "1000 User Pack" license for PDF-XChange Editor Plus. Should we have PDF Tools with this license and, maybe, they just don't know how to access it? Thanks so much.
