Is there a way that I can make a PDF that can be filled in, saved, and sent back to me without requiring the user to have Acrobat or a similar product?

How can I put a Submit button on my forms and have the data go to my email? I can place a button and get it to read Submit, but I can't seem to edit the effects of pressing the button.
