Hi Stefan thanks for the quick reply
Just tested it and it works! Thanks a lot for pointing me towards the options - I certainly should have had a browse through there before posting.
Great software and great support, thanks again

"Save as Optimized..." Target Directory SOLVED
Hi!
It is possible to set the default target directory for "Save as Optimized..." to be the same as the current file location? Just might save a few click if it defaults to the same location
Thanks!

Continuous View Gap Between Pages SOLVED
Hi,
Is it possible to toggle the gap between pages for continuous view? On my work PC I'm quite sure I have a clear gap between each page, during continuous view. On my home PC - there is no gap.
Thanks for any help

Disable (or Explode) Comment Grouping SOLVED
Hi, I've found that when I add comments (namely the Pencil tool) in quick succession, the comments will be grouped (or combined into a single comment). So... a couple of questions: 1. Is it possible to explode grouped comments into single comments? 2. Is it possible to disable comment grouping, so w...

PDF-XChange Editor Window 'Always on Top' SOLVED
Hi, I use a windows utility called MenuTools, which is designed to allow a selected program window to be displayed 'on top' of other windows. MenuTools is quite good, but it doesn't work for all software. I haven't been able to get it to work for PDF-XChange Editor. For example, here is how the tool...

Re: Permanently Disable Line Weight SOLVED
Thanks for the reply Daniel.
These are CAD drawings plotted to PDF - so it's the thickness of the lines/content I am hoping to reduce, not the thickness of mark-ups/comments.
Thanks for confirming it is not possible on the PDF side - I am able to print minimal line thickness from CAD no problem.

Permanently Disable Line Weight SOLVED
Hi guys, Not sure if this is possible at all - but I would like to permanently disable line weights in PDF. The CTRL+5 toggle works well for me on the PC. But I have occasions where I send PDFs to guys viewing them on their phones (construction drawings for guys on building sites). I would like to b...

Re: Print Multiple Open PDFs
Thanks Will.
A post in that thread mentioned that this feature was coming in a future release. I realise that thread is around 6 years old, and the support tech said it would be available in v3. Was this feature included? Is the JavaScript option the only solution?
Thanks again.

Print Multiple Open PDFs
Hey guys, Just wondering if it is possible to print (send to printer - hardcopy) multiple open PDF files in XChange Editor. I realise I can merge PDFs and do a batch print, but I would like to be able to open multiple PDF documents in XChange Editor, and print all at once. Sort of like a 'Print Sess...

Re: Keyboard Arrow Key Pan Distance (+SHIFT)
Hi Daniel, Thanks for the quick reply. I have tested the nudge tool and for me it only works to move 'comments' or objects on the PDF. It appear that nudge is not referring page navigation, rather object positioning. Is this correct? Is there a sort of 'super nudge' for panning the page with the arr...

Keyboard Arrow Key Pan Distance (+SHIFT)
Hi, Not sure if I am going crazy or just mistaken... is it possible to use SHIFT+[arrow key] to pan an increased distance while viewing a PDF? Similar to 'nudge' and 'super nudge', but just for viewing? This is a key combination that I got used to while using Adobe software... and I am quite sure th...
