Closest that I can choose is Croatian. But why I can't choose Bosnian or Serbian in Spellcheck when fixing OCR, but there was choice to install them, and I installed them. I used Croatian for OCR.

That works. I will have to use both methods tough, because if only use 2nd, then there will still be popup with empty text when I hover over it, which is somewhat annoying. Hope they allow it to be <Not Set> by default, just like when I remove it using 1st method.

Done some more investigation. It actually can be saved, but very slowly, about 5-10 minutes, and causes RAM to increase to about 4 GB then drops back to normal during saving. However newly saved file, although it has same file size, opens much slower in any app like SumatraPDF and takes almost 1 GB....
