Re: Toolbar customization: How to find commands? SOLVED
Hello Stefan, thank you for the partial answers. I miss an solution on how to assign a toolbar icon to "Go to next entry" command. Currently there is a mixture between icons and text labels. Have a look at the attached snapshot. This is absolutely ugly. I want to have icons only. In Xchang...

Switch from ribbon to Xchange Viewer-like smaller toolbar? SOLVED
The Ribbon toolbar of Xchange editor is somehow too fat - a waste of valuable desktop space
Is there a way to switch to the good old, small toolbar in XChange Viewer?
or can this be added in the next release?

How to make form field longer?
A PDF document contains already some form fields. Now I would like to make one of these form fields a bit longer so that 40 instead of 30 chars are shown. So I switched to "Edit" mode. But I can not edit those form fields similar to "other textboxes". there are no draggable recta...

Re: Bug: Text letters are only partially condensend when entering text
Hello Daniel, thank you for your comments and suggestions although they seem to me wrong. First of all: From my point of view the Arial font should be the Arial font. No matter whether it is embedded in PDF document or derived from system. So chars in both Arial sources must be the same. If this is ...

Hello Daniel, thank you for trying to answer. However these are answers for question I didn't ask I am not author of the original PDF document. And yes, it may be that the original pdf was created rather amateurishly. If the textbox in focus is a XForm object or not (a "normal textbox?) shouldn...

Re: Bug: Text letters are only partially condensend when entering text
I suppose that these textboxes are using an embedded sub-set of a specific font that is not available by default in Windows itself. If that is the case, you will see that it are always the same characters that are causing a problem in a given textbox. Look into the Text Editing Tools / Format-ribbo...

In that case you must move the mouse-pointer upon one of the text-characters in the smallest textbox before clicking anything. Does NOT work. I zoomed into and put the mouse exactly a such a letter before clicking. But the upper bigger box is always marked anyway Another possibility would be to act...

Works.Willy Van Nuffel wrote: ↑Thu Sep 01, 2022 2:02 pm While resizing base-content-textboxes, you must make an additional click into the textbox after selecting it (in Edit mode).
Once you see the cursor blinking into the text of the textbox, you can resize it without problem.

Bug: Text letters are only partially condensend when entering text
Occasionally (not always) I face a certain problem when I enter text into an existing text box. When I enter new text into such a textbox the chars are automatically showed PARTIALLY (!) condensed I am NOT talking about resizing the text box. I just write into an existing text box of fixed size. And...
