Pressing CTRL while scrolling the mouse wheel one can zoom in and out of a page.
Is there any way to define the increments of the scroll to a fixed value, for example 5%. So, each step of the wheel increases ONLY by that same increment each time?

Hi, About 4 months ago downloaded PDF X-Change Editor to my Asus T100H tablet - https://www.asus.com/au/2-in-1-PCs/ASUS_Transformer_Book_T100HA/ Tried it today.
