The settings should have been preserved during the upgrade, so I'm not sure why they were lost.

You may try to install version 8 again and see if they are still present there.

If they are, you can export them, and then import them into the new PDF Editor 9.

Please go to this folder and check if the stamps are not renamed to BAK files:

C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Stamps

If they are, please rename them back to PDF.

Sometimes Windows updates are messing up the access rights to some folders ( including the TEMP ), so could you please try to access the file from another disk drive, and also try to start the PDF Ediotr's EXE file with admin rights ( Run As Admin ).

The PDF XChange Standard is also part of the PDF XChange Pro. Your previous product probably has been PDF XChange Pro.

However, you can also convert the files by dropping them into the PDF Editor directly.
