Try printing the attached document (no scaling options). The first two pages print correctly, but the rest format the page at 1/4 size, in the upper-left corner.

Small bug: See the final page of the attached PDF. Note the totals printed over the corresponding bars. When printed, the background of the numbers is white, hiding all but a wee bit of the bars.

BTW, printing with Acrobat Reader works fine.

The culprit is PXC_AddImageFromFile. It's called twice from PDFToolBoxClass.ReadImageFile, and both calls produce those errors (numerous times for each call). That function is within pxclib30.lib, so I can't narrow it in any closer than that.
