stop sticky note to move when scrolling?
Hello, This might be a stupid question but I can not find how to stop "sticky notes" to move when scrolling. For instance, Acrobat Reader offers the option "Ensure that pop-ups are visible as the document is scrolled". Does such option exist in PDF-XChange ? Thanks for your help....
