Re: Right Click Menu
Thanks, Will. I was in particular wondering about adding the Export function to the right-click menu that appears when you right-click on a page in an open document. Viewer had this option and one of my coworkers who is transitioning to Editor misses it.

Right Click Menu
I see how to customize toolbars, but I'm wondering if it's possible to customize the right-click menu.
Thanks!

Re: Looking for way to bulk edit bookmarks
If you're using the paid version, go under Advanced...Bookmarks...Find and Replace Bookmark Text. Then search for _ and replace with a space.
It will work regardless of your version, but if you're using the free version, it will put watermarks on every page when you save.
Thanks!

Re: Find vs Search for renderable text
Thanks for your response, Willy. Did you already try if works better by changing the "Proximity" setting in the Search pane (via the Options... button)? Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried a bit and using the proximity setting for paragraph is somewhat useful, but doesn't seem to deal wi...

Re: Find vs Search for renderable text
I can't share the doc due to confidentiality issues, but I will explain it a bit and hopefully you'll be able to follow. I have been further investigating and think I have found out *why* it's happening, but am hoping there is a better work-around than OCR'ing the text. I looked more closely at the ...

Find vs Search for renderable text
I have noticed that with some files that have renderable text that the find function will find selected text but the search feature will not. Any idea what is causing this? I'm using identical search terms. If I OCR the pages in question, then search will work. But it seems silly to have to run OCR ...

Searching with regular expressions
Is there any way to search a file using regular expressions? The advanced search feature are great, but it has issues when I'm trying to search for text that includes a quotation mark.
Thanks!

Save file for Advanced Criteria in Search function SOLVED
The way that the search function allows for advanced criteria is fantastic and works very well, especially the way you can specifically exclude some words from your search. I love that you can save the keywords. My questions is, essentially, where do those saved search criteria live? Is there an eas...

Re: Batch Creating PDFs from Multipage TIFFs SOLVED
Thank you, Paul. That's exactly what I needed! You might want to consider renaming the functions in a future update, though. I was trying to use the Create PDF from Images function, which made sense to me since I was converting TIFF files. In the Convert Files to PDF function, there is no option for...

Yes, I think it would. As long as you can have multiple text patterns set as the highest level.

Generate multiple bookmarks from page text
I'm using testing the Generate bookmarks from page text function and it works very well when setting the text matching options to match regular expressions that I have set up. The question I have is if you can have it search for multiple bookmarks at once and deliver bookmarks that aren't nested. If...

Batch Creating PDFs from Multipage TIFFs SOLVED
I have used the functionality of the software to batch convert documents from .PDF to multipage .TIFF. It works very well. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to do the reverse. Can I convert a batch of documents from multipage .TIFF to .PDF? If I try to convert more than one document at a time,...
