Re: Embedding fonts SOLVED
Hi Daniel & TCJCM, I think my request is the same as the initial one: I would appreciate a lot the embedding of needed fonts when adding comments with the Editor, like Acrobat X does. @Daniel: A link to the mentioned ticket would be great (or screenshot), is this feature on the way ? Details: I ...

Re: UI - Title bar - close window SOLVED
@Ovg Great you solved it 😁👍 - I installed Setpoint too, and configured the "go back" button to send a "double click". Now the editor window closes nicely by clicking over the top left title icon on "go back" 🤣 Why I trust Setpoint not too much: in the past, it was quite...

Re: UI - Title bar - close window SOLVED
Thank you all for your help @Ovg What do you mean with "natural double click"? A hardware button, controlled by Logitech's Setpoint software? I also use Logitech mice (G3, M305) but reverted to original MS drivers, to reduce dependencies, and because i'm not a gamer. @Daniel It looks like ...

Re: UI - Title bar - close window SOLVED
@Ovg, @ Willy - thank you for your assistance, Me too I used two LMB clicks, whose interpretation is controlled by mouse system settings as shown by Willy. To me it sounds like a UI-programming issue: Using Xchange v6, i was able to close a PDF window by dbl-clicking the top-left icon. Using Xchange...

Re: UI - Title bar - close window SOLVED
@Ovg thank you. Are you using a trackpad? I installed it now on my portable (W7-64bit). Same problem when using mouse, also when using a different brand. With trackpad, it works fine. Funny that it only occurs with PDFXchange.

UI - Title bar - close window SOLVED
Hi support & forum users Wouldn't it be nice if I could close a PDF window by dbl-clicking on the top-left icon? Instead, a menu opens. Roughly all classic apps in Win-10 support this dbl-click-action, even if it originates from a former incarnation of Windows :-) I'm using Editor plus 7 build 3...

Re: Warning about "misaligned object"
Just to let you know that HP fixed the invalid PDF v1.3 structure produced by HP Scan, but appearently doesn't integrate it in their distribution. See my question in the HP forum. Well the question is a little bit misleading, but anyway usefull.

Re: Warning about "misaligned object"
Wow that was quick ! Thank you !
I already guessed something like this. If I convert my PDF from v1.3 to v1.7, the warning goes away (something like a different handling of XREF, as far as i understand). If I only could convince the HP tool to create PDF 1.7 ...

Warning about "misaligned object"
Since I switched to Editor, all my recently scanned PDFs open with a red bar telling me about a misaligned object , whereas Acrobat & Viewer open them without complaining. I attached a sample PDF & the warning msg. To say: it is somehow related to "HP Scan" software of my new MFP, ...

Re: Wrong URL composition
Hi all,
Yes, a space helps. Strange, sometimes it appends the first word of the next line, sometimes not. I had also an example where Viewer failed and Editor worked correctly. No need to fix it in Viewer, as Editor replaces it.

Wrong URL composition
It looks like PDF-Xchange viewer doesn't always handle URLs in a string correctly. Please see the examples in the attached PDF.
(I'm NOT talking about URL's created with the link tool.)
