Re: Mouse cursor on UHD (4K) display too small or even disappears
Hi Patrick version is build 323.2 (ver. 7). resolution is 3840x2160 It's strange: 1.) in my spectre with 13.3" screen it seems to work fine, when I use the suggested 300%. But this is a bit too big on my notebook. I've tested 250% and 225%. And it's ok there as well. 2.) but on my desktop, same...

Suddenly all annotations in greyscale
Hello I have a strange problem. After a crash while inserting a bookmark (I guess it's after this crash) all highlighted text is now in greyscale. Also new highlights in yellow or in any other color is grey. Ah, and it's in every pdf I've just opened. Strange. Is there an option to change to greysca...

Multiple instances of the program
Hello there is an old thread about multiple instances of a document. I would like to have another thing: multiple instances of PDF-XChange. I explain why: while reading and annotating in one window I would like to use OCR in another window. At the moment I can have two windows but if I do OCR in one...

Re: Can I add a shortcut for the command "Search by"?
Stefan, thanks for the KB-link. That's quite a nice way to use different colors. The problem is, that I need to click on the button and wait a second until the other colors appear. It would be great (and I think that's the way Willy meant) to define several buttons, like this: http://www.officehilfe...

Re: Can I add a shortcut for the command "Search by"?
Just this functionality is the reason why I use iAnnotate on my Ipad. There you could have a yellow highlighting button, a red one, a green one, and so on. This is extremely productive compared to the way of changing color afterwards. I think the annotation palette could also be used for this workfl...

Re: Can I add a shortcut for the command "Search by"?
Hi Patrick
thanks for replying.
I know this. Yes it's a way, but seperate shortcuts for every search provider would be great;-).
Thanks

Re: Can I add a shortcut for the command "Search by"?
very old thread, but I'd like to ask for such a feature too: it would be much more efficient if I could define shortcuts for my few search providers. For example: d for dict.cc w for wikipedia.com g for google.com Yes I know, selecting the search provider in the toolbar is also a possibility (and it...

Congratulations!!
Dear tracker-team I'm a heavy user of PDF reading apps. Sometime I use other functions but in 99% of the time I'm annotating. I've been using Adobe (Reader/Acrobat) and Foxit PhantomPDF for a long time. Both products haven't made me happy so far because the annotation workflow is very inefficient. S...

Search provider dict.cc: opens new tab
Hello I'm really happy with PDF-Xchange, thanks a lot! I was able to configure dict.cc as a search provider, and with assigning a key I'm now very efficient. One small detail: it always open a new tab in Google chrome. Normally this behaviour is great, but when I need to translate 20 words a page I ...
