Suddenly print window is too big for monitor

Win 10 1903 This might be a Windows 10 problem but it just happened today. The normal view window is OK and adjustable but the print window is too big for the monitor and so can't be adjusted in size. I tried various settings for scaling but the print window remains oversized. This problem does not ...

Perhaps I am atypical, but I don't use pdfs as active documents. If I make changes to the source document (Excel) I remake the pdf. From time to time I need to copy a url to the clipboard in order to insert it somewhere. However, the clipboard copy carries the "mailto:" text, which then has to be ed...

Thank you for your suggestion. I was using the free viewer, which had no such option. I installed PDF Xchange Editor and followed the suggested steps. Unfortunately, the send dialog still appears and the "mailto:" is attached to the string when selecting a url. What I want to do is edit the url, not...
