Thanks for the update, I will have a look round to see if this is workable but i was hoping to have some form of predefined field names to ensure that the right box was signed for both the producer and the checker.

I have had the same issue at my employer although it only happens when the company microsoft software centre updates the software to the latest version. it appears that it does a removal and re-install every time which resets all saved presets to defult

Annnnd we have found a workable solution....

and it was even simpler than changing any of the tools for differnt ones....
ticking the Show extended dialog for files selecting checkbox in the choose input files tool fixed the whole problem!

if you long press the typewriter or text box tools then open comment style pallets,
you can then clone the style twice, change the font size on one, then you have that size as a shortcut in the dropdown from the button, I use this feature all the time.

was thinking that you meant to tell the pdf xchange printer to print from the CAD program as an image but i couldn't find any such option in the settings

document, backgrounds, add background, white 100% opacity
and it prints fine then!

When I preview a file in windows explorer which is very useful for renaming scans, I get a large PDF exchange icon in the bottom left corner unfortunately this always covers the title block of the scan which means I cant rename it from the preview...
