Issue is resolved but if anyone in the future has issues like mine.. try LibreOffice. https://www.libreoffice.org/ It is free and works.. :D

I sent the file(s) to support@tracker-software.com as a regular email. The files in question are minutes from an AGM meeting and I would just as soon not post them to the world.

Thank you for the reply. I have sent the problem files as requested. I am confused a bit about this though This is to be expected. Thanks. I will give that a try.
On a separate note. The forgot password option does not quite.. work as it should. It gives me a user name (mine) but when I use that information (copy and paste) it gives an error. Seems I need to use my email address... and the new (temp) password.
