I tried as you suggested, and yes, the newly saved V8 file was smaller than the previous V8 file. THANK YOU :D .

I found it by using Ctrl+D (Document Properties) and deleted it. I don't know how the Javascript got included in this document, but I have now turned it off in my PDF-XChange preferences with Ctrl+K.

See attached. I looked at other pdf files and the Javascript settings are identical. As far as I know, only THIS pdf opens the print dialog box when the pdf is opened.

Later at work today I'll open the pdf with my portable version of PDF-XChange to see if the same thing happens.

PDF wants to print when pdf opened

When I open a pdf, the file opens and the print screen within PDF-XChange immediately appears. I thought maybe my mouse was to blame but I doubt it. Is there a place to change this behavior?

I'm using Version 7.0 (Build 328.1)

Maybe instead of just "Text:" or "Path:" in the Content Pane, include a time stamp such as "Text-20171012185343:" (which means yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss). Just a quick thought off the top of my head. Perhaps later incorporate something to delete content entries based on the time stamp.

Yes indeed. Both are very nice and handy scripts to have. Both scripts worked like a charm :D

For our metric friends, for the script that shows results in points, divide points by 2.83465. I think that is the correct value. Round the 2.83465 if you want.
