It doesn't appear that the zoom and fit selection alters how the print dialog behaves.

If there are so many replies to a popup note that the final replies are beyond the edges of the viewer, it is impossible to scroll down in order to see them. Our end users are reporting incidences of popup notes not displaying when the anchor of the note is out of the page boundary or very close to the edge. We have seen this happen too. The note CAN be displayed when the document is rotated 90 degrees.
