Re: Instructive text in form text boxes
Hi, lknowlton The closest that would be possible would be setting "default text" for the field, this default text can ignore any validation that occurs on the field, and would thus be present until the user selected the field and replaces it. Default text is set through the "properti...

Instructive text in form text boxes
Hello,
Is there a way to have instructive text in form text boxes that disappears upon entering text into them? Like say a form text box is formatted for a telephone number, could the box have instructive text to say (Enter 10 digits only) ?
Thank you!
Larry

Ok, so stamps are considered as comments. Is there a way to make an electronic signature be tied to a signature stamp say, so it can't be altered without it being known? Again, sorry for the duplicate post, I couldn't find a way to delete my prior post. Thank you!

Flattening not working on signature stamp
I'm using a transparent png signature stamp on a document, but it refuses to flatten using flatten comments. Never had this problem before, until now (Editor Plus ver 6.0 build 317.0). Any ideas as to why I can still edit the content on a flattened pdf?

Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to highlight a column or arbitrary region of text. Currently when you use the highlighter function it grabs entire lines with no apparent option to not do so.
Thank you!

Save As Copy doesn't automatically open new file in Editor SOLVED
Hello,
Save As Copy doesn't automatically open the new copy of the file in the Editor. Is there a way to change that behavior? If it can, my end users would be far less likely to permanently alter original documents. (Version 5.5, Build 311.0)
Thank you!
